What is Equus Coaching & why horses?

Horses are prey animals and they live in the present. Consequently, their actions and behaviors are always authentic. 

As co-facilitators in the Equus coaching process, horses will always be honest and help us understand if we, ourselves, are being clear and congruent in our communication and intentions. This means they are the ideal coaching partner to help us become better leaders, team members and people, as well as being a fun and different way of increasing our self awareness, all in the outdoors at our beautiful facility in Southern California!
